2023 Real Estate & Personal Property – PAST DUE
As of March 25, there are 496 Real Estate account payments that are late which total $448,976, and 44 Personal Property accounts totaling $44,355, interest is being accrued by the day.
Our Town Report will be going to the printers Thursday morning (3/28), if you DO NOT want your delinquency named in the report, please stop by the town office and pay before Wednesday at 5:00 pm. You may also pay online at https://www.oaklandmaine.us/, just call 465-7357 first to get the total payoff amount if you decide to pay online.
Sewer Customers – FYI – The unpaid July 2023-September 2023 sewer bills will be going to lien the week of April 22nd.
